So I have a new rule...when you find good cusotmer service REWARD THE SNOT OUT OF IT! I have now called my speaker company twice in the last 2 months for some help on my speakers and it has to be by far my BEST Customer Service experience in quite a while. They are just so very helpful. Long story short I was missing a bolt, I called they sent the bolt No cost. I called back because somehow I lost the mounting piece that goes with the bolt while waiting for the bolt they are sending it now. Along with the Speaker is missing threading for where the bolt is so he said tap it with a 1/4" 20 Thread and you should be good. If that does not work we will send you out a new housing for the speaker.
Cost NOTHING
Experience AWESOME!
DEF TECH You will always be my Speaker of choice! Not only do they sound fantastic but then they back it up....HOW REFRESHING!

Backyard with water in pool and gravel
Hey all it is DONE DONE...not just we have a backyard :) Time to put the heat behind us and swim in our 85 degree pool...I kid you not all you people from Seattle.
Your first view as you walk outside the sliding glass door (wish I had a wide angle lens and who thought the post in the middle of the sliding glass door was a good idea?):

Looking left more towards the grass:

Looking back at the house to get the whole effect (Which yes does include the unfinished house next door that was horribly put back as far as possible so as to maximize the FRONT yard...does that make any sense?):

Have a good one more posts to come now that I am in stabilization mode....I hope :)

We have a backyard!!!!

Our last evidence of a dirt backyard. Plants/Trees arrived Wednesday afternoon and the landscapers arrived bright and early Thursday morning. Lindsey left to the above and came home from work with the below.....

It's amazing how much better the landscaping looks in real life then on paper. Thanks to Avery's Aunt Tera and our landscaping crew we now feel like we have a resort in our own backyard. So exciting!

Pool is close to being done as well. Tuesday should be the day we are able to start filling the pool with water. We can not express how excited we are to have a house that is almost complete.
