Wow so its been a while now since Mr. Obama or President Elect Obama was elected but here are two pictures of that night from the De Marr household.
As you can see Mrs. De Marr has the 5 month belly going on and the Future Change Agent (Insert Secret agent song her with some alternate lyrics) is well on his/her way. We are waiting to find out the sex. I know two engineers waiting to find out the sex of their child not preparing....What has gone wrong with this world, but seriously folks back to what I was talking about Obama being elected president. Wow now I just can't believe it. I really never though this would happen in reality....I know Lindsey was happy to vote for the President Elect and I would be if only for change, but I always vote for who best represents my view point which in this case was NOT McCain. It was Bob Barr who you ask and why....well that is another story let's just say Avery has a streak of voting for the candidate who best represents his view point and does believes everyone should be that way. aka look at all the candidates and vote for the person who is the best representative of those not for the lesser or two evils or so that XYZ person does not get in office. Now as you might be able to tell from the 2nd picture there it does not mean that I do not find it phenomenal exciting and awesome that Obama is now president. I think looking back and hearing him speak at his acceptance I hear change that the US needs and should have voted for him for the inspiration but I did vote for who I thought was by best rep so I don't feel bad at all...just excited for Obama to take office.
